Earth Day is April 22, and Subaru is helping to celebrate at the Earth Day Indiana Festival on April 28. Earth Day Indiana features 130 environmental and conservation exhibits under large tents, live music, activities for kids and food from local vendors. The event is fun, family friendly and educational.

Tom Wood Subaru held its annual Light Meet on March 29th. This year's meet was highlighted by a visit from the all-new Subaru BRZ. In addition to all the green initiatives that our dealerships and management company already employ, we are now partnering with Ray's Trash Service in developing a company-wide recycling program. We will begin to place various recycling bins throughout the dealerships to collect paper, cans and plastics. It is our goal to begin a process where we can accumulate all mixed recyclables and reduce the number of trash pickups per week.
